How to eat healthy?
·
Too often I hear my patients say : 'Good tanpis for my day ... " Where " i start tomorrow »,… But precisely… .The error starts there : to eat healthily, you have to eat everything and know how to indulge yourself in small quantities.
There is also not ONE ideal food but several so vary your diet by respecting these nutritional benchmarks over a day. :
The drinks : Drink 1.5 l of water, increasing the quantities in case of physical activity or high heat. Water remains the only essential drink and recommended during (and between) meals.
Limit alcoholic and carbonated drinks.
Starchy foods : no food category should be banned so they must be present in your diet !
Choose whole grains for a good fiber intake and incorporate legumes twice a week (chickpeas, lentils, edamame, etc.)
The vegetables : Mix your vegetables, make beautiful plates of all colors !
At each meal, consume them in the form of raw vegetables, vegetable or soup.
The fruits : For a good supply of vitamins, minerals and fiber at any time of the day !
Meats, fish and eggs : ideally : 1 to 2 times a day, limiting red meat to 500 g per week. The fish at least twice a week with a consumption of fatty fish (salmon type) and a maximum of 6 eggs per week.
Dairy products : If you don't like milk, that's okay, vary with yogurts, white cheeses, cheeses such as mozzarella, feta, … (1 portion = 30 g per day).
Fatty substances : promote quality by favoring vegetable oils rich in unsaturated fatty acids. And limit those of animal origin (cream for example)
Sweet products : Learn to treat yourself from time to time, never stay on a desire !
Remember, food balance is not built on a single meal : but take into account your whole day and even the week ! So a meal " pleasure »Does not spoil all your efforts.
