How to eat when we are sick?


Viruses are circulating around us and it is difficult to escape the symptoms that come with them. Cough, flu, ear infection, gastro… We do not always manage to eat well during this period and yet, I would tell you how to deal with each illness while keeping your figure and not slacking off your efforts.

When we are sick, we often have trouble breathing. A cold, flu, or sinusitis can inflame the blood vessels inside the nose.
