Cream of broccoli:  

 

Ingredients:

- 1 shallot 

- 1 carrot 

- Broccoli

- Light cream 15% mg 

- Vegetables soup 

- 1 spoon of curry  

 

Preperation:

Sauté in  a frying pan the shallot and the  cut carrot  in pieces 
Cook the broccoli in a vegetable broth (25 cl)
Add the carrot and shallots to  this preparation.
Mix everything. Add  a little light cream and a spoonful of curry at the end

For the pepper verrines:

Ingredients:

- Yellow and red peppers 

- Feta cheese 

- Provence herbs

- Olive oil   

 

Preperation:

Steam the peppers (yellow and red) until  that they are very tender.
Then cut them into small squares and  place them  in the verrines with bits of feta cheese, a drizzle of olive oil and Provence herbs

Bursin cream: 

Ingredients:
- Boursin 

- Light cream 15% mg 

- Pastry bag 

- Cherry tomatoes  

 

Preperation:

Fluidify  the bursin in light cream. Then poach  in spoons  using a pocket  socket

Decorate with cherry tomatoes or even if you wish with salmon
