Lightened galette des rois:  



- 1 sheet of puff pastry 

- 1 bar of dark chocolate 

- 1 small jar of pears 

- 1 pinch of cinnamon 

- 1 little butter for the bottom of the mold 

- 1 egg yolk



Butter the bottom of a round mold

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie 

Add a pinch of cinnamon

Stir with a  apparatus with the small pot and this preparation. 

Spread over half of the dough to be able to close it then seal all sides. Comb with an egg yolk and tighten the sides with a fork. 

Make some strokes for the  decoration and in the oven: 40 ° minutes
