Tomato granita, red fruits and basil

Ingredients for 4 persons


12 cl of water + 1 tbsp of red fruit syrup without added sugar
50 cl of tomato juice
1 lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Chopped basil

 

Preperation:
Mix the water, the red berry syrup and the tomato juice. Place in a pot and in the freezer, ideally, mix every 30 min. Take out 30 minutes before tasting and sprinkle with chopped basil
Very surprising taste but very good!
