Salmon and leeks
Ingredients:
- 1 salmon per person
- Leeks
- Baking paper
- Parsley, Pepper, Guerande salt, Turmeric, ginger powder and flax seed
- 1 juice lemon
Preperation :
- Bake the salmon in the oven (15mn th 6/7) without mg covered with leeks cut into thin strips (precooked) and cover with a sheet of baking paper
- season with parsley, pepper, Guérande salt, turmeric, ginger powder and linseed on top
- sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving
