Ingredients:
Vanilla pear compote
some Breton pucks
Mascarpone
3 egg yolks
Sugar or sweetener
Strawberries
Lemon
Preperation:
In a bowl put the pear and vanilla compote that we color in blue crumble Breton or other palets and. Keep in the fridge then in a salad bowl mix 250gr. of mascarpone with 3 egg yolks and sugar and add the whites that you have mounted. From the bottom of the pot put your blue preparation then cover with the mascarpone preparation and in the last layer we add strawberries refused with a little lemon and water, sweetened or not
