Vegetables of your choice: here, yellow and green peppers, yellow roges cherry tomatoes
Cover the precooked pie crust with mustard mixed with curry.
Add finely chopped shallots and onions
Sprinkle with Gruyere.
Place the desired vegetables (here arugula, yellow and green peppers, red and yellow cherry tomatoes, black olives)
Add oregano and chives
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
