My recipe of the month:
Layered vegetables
Ingredients:
Choose the vegetables you want or have left
Here:
1 white potato
1 white onion
1 tomato
1 green zucchini
1 yellow zucchini
60 g mozzarella
1 teaspoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Spices you want: parsley, basil, thyme, etc.
Preperation:
Using a knife, cut your vegetables into thin slices (about 1 cm)
Brush the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil (using a brush so that a tablespoon of olive oil is enough) and arrange your vegetables as in the photo by them. alternating.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees.
The last 5 minutes, garnish with light grated cheese (here mozzarella) that is melted and lightly browned.
