How to cook good sauces ?
Here are recipe ideas to accompany your dishes and salads.
You want to cook your salads lightly ?
Here are some examples of easy recipes, and you can add spices and herbs : such as basil, parsley, coriander, mint, chervil,… and chopped shallots, garlic or onions.
House dressing :
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 pinch of salt and pepper
Balsamic vinegar dressing:
1 tablespoon of olive or rapeseed oil (for a change)
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1 pinch of salt and pepper
White vinegar dressing:
1 tablespoon of olive or rapeseed oil (for a change)
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 pinch of salt and pepper
Lemon dressing:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 whole lemon, squeezed see 2 lemons
1 pinch of salt and pepper
Yogurt dressing:
1 yogurt at 0% of 125 ml
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 pinch of salt and pepper
(You can add dill which goes very well with yogurt)
Tomato dressing:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
peeled, mixed or canned tomatoes
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 pinch of salt and pepper
Multi-herb dressing:
1 yogurt at 0% of 125 ml
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
For the herbs : mix chervil, parsley, chives, basil, mint
1 pinch of salt and pepper
To accompany your fish : tomato paste with spices such as paprika, cumin and basil.
For a good homemade tomato sauce : 1 tomato concentrate, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic, chervil, parsley, basil, tarragon, salt and pepper.
To accompany your fruit salads : from liquid sweetener, 1 tablespoon orange juice or pineapple juice, and orange blossom OR 1 vanilla bean, and / or mint.
Now you have no more excuses for not making good sauces;)
