Chocolate mousse
Recipe
Ingredients:
270 g dark chocolate
20 cl of light liquid cream
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of Stevia for example or other sweetener
Preperation:
In a saucepan, simmer the cream.
Off the heat, add the chocolate and 3 egg yolks. Stir well
Whip the 3 egg whites until stiff (with a pinch of salt) and the sweetener
As soon as the whites are firm add them little by little to the chocolate preparation
Leave them in the fridge for a few hours
