Tomato Gazpacho
 

Recipe  

 

Ingredients:

1 pita bread

1 tablespoon of tomato coulis with herbs

Feta cheese

Courgette

Thyme

Mozzarella

 

Preperation: 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
To cut  pita bread in 2.
Spread the tomato coulis with herbs on each half.
Arrange a few diced feta and a few slices of zucchini. Add a little thyme.
Sprinkle with a little mozzarella and bake for 10 min.
