Vegetable and onion pizzas

 

This recipe replaces: 1 vegetable + 40 g of bread + 1 cheese + 5 g of fat

 

Ingredients for 2 person (s):

  • 1/2 yellow or green or red pepper

  • 1/2 onion

  • 4 button mushrooms

  • 40 g grated Emmental

  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

  • 1 pita bread

  • 20 g pitted black olives

  • Salt pepper

 

Preperation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6).

  • Split the pita bread in half.

  • Mince the pepper, onion and mushrooms.

  • Spread 1 Tbsp of tomato paste on each half pita bread with a spoon, then sprinkle 20 g of grated Emmental cheese on each half pita bread. Add equal portions of vegetables: peppers, onions, mushrooms.

  • Season. Add one black olive per pita.

  • Place the pitazzas on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Pizza with beetroot and endive salad

 

This recipe replaces: 1 protein + 1 vegetable + 40 g of bread + 5 g of fat

 

Ingredients for 1 person  :

 

  • For the salad:

  • 1/2 beet

  • 1/2 endive

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp vinegar 

  • For the pizza:

  • 1 pita bread, cut in half (33 g for one half)

  • 2 heaped tbsp of tomato coulis

  • 50 g marinated anchovies, drained

  • 50 g of tuna in brine

  • Chopped parsley


Preperation : 

  • Wash and cut the beetroot and endive into small pieces, then season them with olive oil, vinegar and parsley to decorate

  • For the pizza, brush the pita bread with the tomato coulis. Add the tuna and anchovy as well as the parsley. Make  Cook in the oven  for 20 minutes at 180 ° C (th.6

Pizza Reine, quick version

 

This recipe replaces: 1 protein + 40 g of bread + 1 cheese

 

Ingredients for 1 person  :

  • 1 pita bread, cut in half (33 g for one half)

  • 2 heaped tbsp of tomato coulis

  • 1 button mushroom

  • 60 g of skimmed white ham, defatted

  • 30 g grated mozzarella

  • 2 anchovies

  • 1 tsp of Provence herbs

  • Salt pepper

 

Preperation :

  • Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (th. 7-8). Finely cut the ham into strips, wash the mushroom and mince it.

  • On the crumb side of the pita bread, brush with tomato coulis, sprinkle with Provence herbs and season. Distribute the ham, anchovies and mushroom slices.

  • Sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Pepper.

  • Bake for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Bacon and mushroom pizza

 

This recipe replaces: 1 protein + 40 g of bread + 1 cheese + 10 g of fat

 

Ingredients for 4 persons  :

  • 1 thin pizza dough (260 g)

  • 1 small brick of tomato coulis

  • 5 button mushrooms (fresh)

  • 240 g bacon fillet, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 red pepper

  • 1 onion

  • 80 g grated Emmental

  • 1 Tbsp of Provence herbs

  • Salt pepper

 

Preperation :

  • Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (th 7)

  • Unroll the dough on a sheet of baking paper and pinch the edges.

  • Spread the tomato coulis over the dough.

  • Wash, cut the mushrooms into slices and place them on the coulis.

  • Wash and dice the onion and 1/2 pepper, spread over the pizza and cover with the bacon fillets in a rosette.

  • Sprinkle with grated Emmental.

  • Bake in a hot oven until the Emmental is golden brown, about 25 minutes and enjoy immediately.

  • Serve with a green salad !
