Poached cold salmon served with its

raw vegetables  


Recipe : 

Ingredients : 
- Salmon 
- cucumbers 
- green salad 
- tomatoes 
- red and green peppers cut into dices for decoration 
- lemon 

- Poach the salmon then let it cool for a few hours in the refrigerator 
- cut half the cucumber into slices and the other half with a peeler (like tagliatelle) 
- Decorate with the green salad and the diced peppers 
- add a balsamic sauce and a drizzle of olive oil 
- Easy and light recipes ... And Bon Appétit!
