Carrot and 4 spice soup   

Recipe  

 

Ingredients:

1 onion

1 stalk of celery

400g carrot

1 liter of boiling water

1 teaspoon of dried lemongrass

1/4 teaspoon cumin

4 tbsp olive oil

20 g butter

Light liquid cream

Fresh coriander

 

Preperation: 

Mix everything using a blender. For the dressing, add the  light liquid cream and

fresh coriander.
